This was very good recipe and very moist and delicious. Made it in a loaf pan so baking time increased to 45-50 min.

  1. Mix soda with sour milk and add to molasses.
  2. Sift together flour, ginger and salt.
  3. Combine the two mixtures.
  4. Add butter.
  5. Bake in greased pan in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
