A great summer cooler with scented geranium.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 rose-scented geranium leaves
  • 3 peppermint-scented geranium leaves
  • 1 rose-scented geranium leaf
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 2 tea bags
  • 1 pinch salt, not enough to taste
  • sugar, to sweeten

Directions

  1. Pour 1 cup boiling water over all the ingredients, cover for five minutes.
  2. Sweeten to taste.
  3. Strain, cool and chill, and serve over crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with leaf in each glass.
