  • Combine all measured ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve with yogurt or milk.
  • Fresh bananas may be added.
  • For a softer and creamier texture, milk or yogurt may be stirred in the night before. In that case, refrigerate until ready to eat.

  1. A pretty healthy snack that tastes pretty good. Ok so I changed a main ingredient and used rinsed salted cashews instead of pecans as I didn't have any on hand but I can tell it would be good with them. I also omitted the oat bran for the same reason. I poured rice milk, to be dairy free, on top of the old fashioned oats while I was chopping the rest of the ingredients. I did not add the light brown sugar but did top with the suggested honey for which I used local :D
