directions

 • Combine all ingredients well. Wet hands, then form into 4 3/4 inch thick patties.
 • Arrange between layers of wax paper or plastic wrap, cover and chill at least one hour before grilling.
 • These patties will be soft, so be careful when transferring them to the BBQ. They will firm up as they cook.
 • Cook on a greased grill on med heat for 12-15 mins, flipping once, or until chicken is no longer pink.
 • Serve on buns!

 1. I'm in love with these burgers!! The flavors are wonderful. I double the recipe, grill all the burgers, and let them cool. Once cooled, I put them in individual zip bags in the freezer. When we're in the mood for a burger ( or too lazy to cook) just pop a burger in the micro for 4-5 minutes and tadah!! a great burger. I make a "sauce" of a little peach preserves, a little mayo, and some hot sauce. Perfect.Thank you for posting a super great recipe!!!

A quote that my Dad thought was fitting to both himself and me.

A recipe is merely words on paper; a guideline, a starting point from which to improvise. It cannot pretend to replace the practiced hand and telling glance of a watchful cook. For that reason feel free to stir your own ideas into any dish. When you cook it once, it becomes yours, so personalize it a bit. Add more of an ingredient you like or less of something you don?t like. Try substituting one ingredient for another. Remember words have no flavour, you have to add your own!

My need to experiment and want to cook tasty meals came to me after being diagnosed Celiac in December of 1999.
What would I have done without the Zaar?

I love to create tasty meals that are either already GF or modify to make them so. I love to make GF meals and desserts that my guests ask are you sure you can eat this?
