  1. Cook pasta.
  2. In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Add mustard greens and salt; cook, stirring for 2-3 minutes or until greens are wilted.
  3. To the pasta, add greens, lemon juice, mustard and ¼ cup of the pasta water. Cook, stirring over medium high heat until heated through. Stir in cheese.
