  • Knead the butter.
  • Melt the chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Mix the butter and chocolate.
  • Seperate the eggs.
  • Add yolks to chocolate/butter mixture.
  • Add sugar, flour, and almonds to mixture.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Fold egg whites into chocolate batter.
  • Cook for 40 minutes in a 210C (4-5) oven.
  • Verifier doneness when toothpick comes out clean.
