Garlic-Sauced Mussels over Spaghetti

Easy recipe card from the supermarket seafood counter. *Another delicious option for preparing mussels is to omit the white wine and just add fresh parsley with green onions and garlic. Serve with crusty Italian bread.


  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add garlic, onions, red pepper flakes and mussels. Cook on high until mussels open, about 5 minutes.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  3. Discard any mussels tat do not open. Add white wine to mussels; simmer until heated through.
  4. Serve over the spaghetti.
