I love herbed butters. You can use them on so many things from bread to steaks or even veggies. This would also make a great gift! Enjoy!
- 1⁄2 cup butter, room temperature
- 8 -10 sage leaves, for about 1/4 c chopped
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Pulse in a food processor until mixed and pieces are the desired size.
- OR chop garlic and sage and mix with salt and butter.
- Chill before using.
Great way to kick up baked potatoes. Made this and took it to SIL's house for Thanksgiving. She serves both mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. This is Great on baked potatoes. Next time I'll double the recipe. Thanks for a great new way of kicking up a baked potatoe.
