  • Melt butter and garlic in a small saucepan or 8 inch skillet.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and cook very gently for 2-5 minutes, without allowing the garlic to color.
  • Toss into the hot cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the chopped parsley. Stir with cheese if desired. And serve up immediately.
