I don't recall where I found this recipe. Likely a BHG or Taste of Home magazine.
- 1 large pizza crust
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 pressed garlic clove
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1⁄2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- spread the ingredients in layers as follows: ranch dressing, garlic, half of the mozarella, broccoli, red bell peppers, remainder of the mozarella & the parmesan.
- bake 18 minutes @ 400.
- let stand 10 minutes.
I used this recipe to create a ranch broccoli quesadilla that I made in my skillet-so thank you for giving me the great idea! I used a low fat parmesan garlic ranch dressing, fresh broccoli, red onion & low fat cheese-also added some spinach for more nutrition. It was fabulous & healthy-so thanks again for sharing this terrific recipe!
