Five stars because DD1 (4 years old likes it!) Unlike the other reviewer I couldn't really taste the spinach. I mainly tasted banana which I did not add frozen or it would have been too cold for us. I used good quality frozen mangos to be properly food combined as per http://detoxifynow.com/Images/foodcombining%20(Small).jpg adding a couple more chunks or the mango instead of ice cubes. I don't feel this needs juice used in place of water at all.
