This is another variation of fruit dip. I like to use strawberry cream cheese because I think it complements the fruits I like but you could use a different flavor. I have also tried the low fat cream cheese. I let it come to room temp and mixed it with the creme. It never smoothed out. If you use regular you don't need to let it warm up to mix and it will be smooth. I'm not sure how many servings this makes so I'm guessing. I tend to eat it by the spoonful because it's so good.
- 1 (8 ounce) containerof flavored cream cheese
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- Mix together cream cheese and creme. Chill or use immediately.
Oh, this is good stuff! Served with bananas and apples; my toddlers loved it (and so did !)! Made for PAC Spring '11.

This a terrific dip for fruit. I make it often for spring time events and showers. A fruit tray & this dip is always a hit & no one ever guesses how easy it is. They just want the recipe! The strawberry cream cheese is nice & I have even tinted it lightly pink. Another option is to sprinkle on a tiny bit of cinammon & serve with apples & pears.
