- 473.18 ml cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 stalk celery, chopped
- 118.29 ml red grapes, halved (or green if you prefer)
- 14.79 ml raisins
- 14.79 ml unsalted sunflower seeds
- 59.16 ml fat-free Miracle Whip
- 7.39-14.79 ml Splenda sugar substitute
- 0.25 ml dill (optional)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and chill for 1 hour. Eat as is or served on bread or tortillas.
- Makes 4 - 1/2 cup servings.
