I obtained this recipe through the RecipeZaar adoption and I love it as my own already. It is quick, easy, and very forgiving. If you want to change around the fruit cocktail and use your favorite fruit, feel free. Hope you enjoy!!! Quick, easy and fruity. Everything I want in a breakfast shake. Used vanilla soy milk, pumpkin pie spice, a little vanilla, and no powdered milk. YUM.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces fruit cocktail, chilled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup ice cube
  • 2 cinnamon, ground (dashes)

Directions

  1. In a blender container combine undrained fruit cocktail and remaining ingredients.
  2. Cover; blend till combined.
  3. Add ice cubes; cover and blend till smooth.
  4. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon (for garnish), if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.
