- 3⁄4 cup strawberry yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 4 strawberries, large, frozen
- 1 banana, large
- 3⁄4 cup milk
directions
- Add everything in a blender and you are done.

I didn't realize that we didn't have flaxseed until I had already started to make this, so I just left it out. Next time I think I will reduce the amount of honey and double the strawberries. Even using Greek yogurt, it was a little too sweet and the strawberry flavor wasn't strong enough. I did throw it back into the blender with half a dozen extra strawberries and that really helped. Thanks Alexandra and Zoe for a cool, yummy treat.
