Quick and easy energy bar

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add molasses and stir until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into a 9 x 16" cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 275 degrees for 35 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool
  6. Cut into bars.
