A fruity alcholic punch for summer. To serve as a non-alcoholic puch just elimiate the bourbon and use ginger ale in place of the club soda. Recipe source: Bon Appetit (May 1982)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 fluid ounce can frozen pineapple concentrate, unthawed
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 236.59 ml ice cube
  • 29.58 ml sugar
  • 354.88 ml club soda
  • 158.51 ml Bourbon

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients (pineapple juice - sugar) in a blender or food processor and blend into smooth.
  2. Transfer to a chilled pitcher and stir in soda and bourbon.
