Good- I didn't have some of the ingredients so I used butter and/or olive oil to replace the soup, used celery flakes instead of celery, and didn't use garlic or garlic powder unless using olive oil. Everything to taste. Good, inexpensive, and flexible. This will be regular around here. Thanks for sharing, good blend of flavors.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 20 ounces frozen bagged vegetables (2 bags)
  • 10 ounces cream of celery soup
  • some parsley
  • salt, seasoned
  • pepper
  • little garlic

Directions

  1. Take the frozen vegetables, cream of celery soup, parsley, salt seasoned, pepper and garlic.
  2. Cook on high 1 hour or low 2.
