ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup instant pudding mix (vanilla or chocolate are best)
- 1⁄2 cup light cream
- 10 wooden sticks
directions
- Mix pudding mix with cream.
- Pour into popsicle moulds, or freezer trays.
- When partly frozen, stick in popsicle sticks -- and continue freezing.

I think the amounts must be wrong. With equal amounts of pudding mix and cream you end up with an extremely thick paste. I kept adding milk to try and make it "pourable" but even then I had to spoon it into the molds. They were even thicker when they were frozen and I had to dig them out with a knife. They tasted good but they weren't the right consistancy. Sorry!
