ingredients

• 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple
• 1 1⁄2 cups pineapple-flavored rum
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1⁄2 cup simple syrup
• 1 ounce fresh lime juice
• 4 cups crushed ice

directions

1. In the container of a blender, combine pineapple, rum, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and lime juice; process until well-blended. Add ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with pineapple wedges.
