frosting suggestion for my (Rose's white angel food cake) you can also substitute different flavors of jello and change the fuit to the matching jello, like peach jello and fresh peaches, lemon jello and lemon slices, raspeberry jello and raspberries...ect

1 (6 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups marshmallows
1 quart washed and sugared berries
1 pint whipping cream, whipped

Directions:

Dissolve jello in the boiling water, Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. When cooled and thickened, beat until fluffy. Add berries and fold in the cream.Spread evenly over cake.
