Finger food that can be made in a jiffy
- Drain the olives.
- Dip them in the beaten egg and then roll them in the flour and fry.
- Serve immediately.
I love olives and when I saw this recipe I had to try it. I altered it a little ... to the flour I added some hot pepper flakes and a little oregano. I made a few as the recipe said, too. Both were delicious!
I was glad to see this recipe posted. We were served a batter-fried green-stuffed olives at restaurant near Niagara Falls, and I loved them.
