Fresh Tomato Basil Vinaigrette

"You will love this dressing because everything in it is fresh. Just throw it all in the food processor and give it some pulses. Goes great on any type of salad."

• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 2 plum tomatoes
• 1 clove garlic
• 4 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1 sprig fresh basil
• salt and pepper
• sugar

directions

1. Place everything but oil in food processor.
2. Pulse while adding oil slowly until well blended.

Very good! I wondered how it would turn out w/ fresh tomatoes, but it was great and very tasty and fresh.
