  • Place lima beans in a wide, shallow saute pan large enough to accommodate the beans in a single layer. Add the orange juice, sugar and garlic puree to the pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook until 90% of the liquid has evaporated and the lima beans have a sugar-orange glaze.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and place the beans in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients. Divide among six plates and serve.
