What a great way to eat french toast...it was quick and easy to make. I use raspberry freezer jam in this recipe, it worked great. The french toast was light, fluffy, tender and flavorful...garnished with a dusting of icing sugar. This recipe was simply delicious, we didn't even miss the bacon.
