  • 13 cup semisweet chocolate piece
  • 14 cup corn syrup
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 cups milk

directions

  • Heat chocolate, corn syrup and water over low heat. Stir till chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Chill.
  • In a chilled bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gradually add chocolate mixture. Continue whipping until stiff and mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Just before serving, heat milk thoroughly, but do not boil.
  • Fill cups 1/2 full with whipped cream mixture, top with milk, and stir.
