This is an easy summer recipe from Chatelaine Magazine. For a lighter version, you can use low fat or nonfat sourcream. Also, feel free to add or substitute other fruits and berries.
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 plain croissants
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sieved brown sugar
- Stir strawberries with sugar. Split croissants lengthwise and cover with strawberries. Top with sour cream stirred with brown sugar.
