This is good!!! I didn't use as much confectioner's sugar, only a cup and a half but that's just me, I don't like too much confectioner's sugar. The icing held up just fine without all of the powdered sugar. Also, I didn't have any coffee so I heated 2 tbsp water for 30 seconds in the microwave then I added 1/4 tsp dark cocoa and dissolved it in. It gave the icing a pretty color. The Frangelico made this taste so rich and good. The yummy hazelnut flavor really came through. I used it to ice the Frangelico Coconut Cake (recipe#306839) and it really tasted great! Thanks for the recipe!
