- 3⁄4 cup dried thyme
- 3⁄4 cup paprika
- 1⁄4 cup black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup garlic powder
- 2 -4 tablespoons ground red pepper
- 1⁄4 cup white pepper
- 1⁄4 cup salt (or use seasoned salt)
directions
- Mix together, and store in tightly covered container.

Great rub. I used it on some country-style ribs. I coated the ribs lightly with apple cider vinegar, then the rub. After sitting over night, I grilled/smoked them using indirect heat and pecan wood chips until the meat was tender. I put two tablespoons of the rub into a cup of apple juice for the mop. Every one loved them. Thanks for posting.
