For those who like extreme heat this rub is for you. It is wonderful on chicken wings or chicken pieces, or on grilled meats...beware this spice mix is HOT!!! you can adjust the red pepper and all seasonings to taste.
- 3⁄4 cup dried thyme
- 3⁄4 cup paprika
- 1⁄4 cup black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup garlic powder
- 2 -4 tablespoons ground red pepper
- 1⁄4 cup white pepper
- 1⁄4 cup salt (or use seasoned salt)
- Mix together, and store in tightly covered container.

Good all purpose of rub. so far I've used this blend on pan fried porkchops, seasoning for burgers and a grilled chicken rub. Thanks for posting Diest
Great rub. I used it on some country-style ribs. I coated the ribs lightly with apple cider vinegar, then the rub. After sitting over night, I grilled/smoked them using indirect heat and pecan wood chips until the meat was tender. I put two tablespoons of the rub into a cup of apple juice for the mop. Every one loved them. Thanks for posting.
