- 1419.54 ml cooked fettuccine
- 118.29 ml butter
- 473.18 ml half-and-half
- 4 egg yolks
- 118.29 ml asiago cheese or 118.29 ml romano cheese (grated)
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese (grated)
- 29.58 ml chopped parsley (garnish)
- salt and pepper
directions
- In a meduim pan melt butter, add cooked fettuccine, half-and-half, egg yolks, salt and pepper.
- Cook until sauce begins to form.
- Mix asiago and parmesan chees together and add to the sauce.
- Garnish with parseley and serve immediately.
