A snappy and easy topper for burgers, fish, sandwiches, spreads or add into pasta salads! All it takes is 1/4 cup mayo and 5 minutes prep time! Adapted from B, H & G magazine(2005)
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Min the feta cheese, oregano, garlic and parsley into the mayonnaise.
- Stir well to mix.
I found some breaded chicken patties buried in the freezer and wanted something to "dress" them up. This was perfect! Added some fresh spinach and a sandwich "thin" for a quick, tasty chicken sandwich. Thanks for sharing!
Great mayo !!!! Had some burgers and used this , defineately not overpowering, and loved the feta cheese taste in this. Madse as is with no adjustments, and cant wait to grab the crackers out tonight, and use as a dip. Made for Neww Zaar..
This rated a definite 5 from my daughter, who happens to love mayo & feta. I would not have thought of putting the two together, but it works! Using as a veggie dip and sandwich spread.
