I was looking for a recipe to use a half pack of Feta Cheese and this came top when I typed in Feta. I halved the quantities, and because my feta was plain I added 2 chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and a tsp of frozen Basil . I don't think you can buy flavoured Feta here in the UK? I made it last minute qand it only had about an hour in the fridge before serving, but it was very tasty. The rest was enjoyed the next day, and the flavours were MUCH better, definitely worth keeping. A really nice recipe, very simple to do, and looks great on the dish. I have never made a cheese ball before, and would certainly do this again.
