Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup thinly sliced fennel bulb
  • 13 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1 -1 12 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 -1 12 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 14 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 14 cup pitted green olives, sliced
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix fennel, onions, oil and vinegar; add goat cheese and olives and toss.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time.
