Versatile salsa, can be served with steak, fish, chicken or even potato wedges. Also great in rolls with cheese. Another magazine find
- 3 feijoas, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- fresh ground black pepper
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Place in small bowl and let flavours mingle for an hour before serving.
