• 2 (16 ounce) packages low-fat cream cheese
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips

directions

1. Buy a pre-made chocolate crust. Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and yolk, stir in vanilla. Fold in chips. Put in pre-made chocolate crust. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
