I live in Southern California where my husband and I teach high school. I teach math and he teaches science, although lately, I've been wanting to spend the last 15 years of my career teaching Home Economics! I really started to get into cooking when my husband and I met 4 years ago, although I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. Honestly, my all-time favorite cookbook is Recipezaar. I have a 4-in binder with recipes I've downloaded from this awesome website and that's my favorite cookbook! I'm passionate about cooking, loving my frieds and family and especially about my faith in God. I am a vegetarian in that I don't eat beef, poultry, pork, or lamb. The only meat I eat is fish. My Bible study friends rotate the responsibility of cooking for the group of 12 adults and 6 children/infants each week, and they are always excited when it's our turn to cook, so that must mean something!
