Tasty and healthy smoothie packed with vitamins! You may add or change a few of the ingredients to your taste. I cut banana slices and bite-size pineapple pieces and freeze them in advance. Also, I buy organic baby spinach and also freeze them. I make this smoothie every morning before I leave for work and it gives me a good start for the day!
- 3 pineapple chunks, frozen
- 3 slices bananas, frozen
- 1 cup Baby Spinach, frozen
- 4 ice cubes
- 125 ml cold water
- 93 ml DanActive immunity dairy drink (any flavor)
- 29 g vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
- 1 teaspoon maca (yellow powder)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Put ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
