Great salad for picnics, bbqs, pitch-ins. Be careful, this is highly addictive!
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup raisins (golden are best)
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Best when refrigerated for at least an hour, always mix again before serving.
- Serve chilled.
