ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal (or other cereal flakes for cooked cereal)
- 1⁄4 cup moist brown sugar, packed
- 1⁄4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 4 teaspoons fine unsweetened grated coconut
- 4 teaspoons chopped raisins or 4 teaspoons other dried fruit, of choice
- 4 teaspoons soymilk or 4 teaspoons non-dairy milk substitute
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
directions
- Grind the oatmeal in a food processor until chopped well.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until a ball forms.
- Roll into 8 smaller balls.
- These can now be dipped in melted semi-sweet dairy-free chocolate, and/or rolled in coconut or chopped nuts, if you wish.
- Optional Roll into 4 Large Meal Sized Balls.
