- 1⁄2 lb Roquefort cheese, crumbled (or blue cheese)
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cognac
- Combine all ingredients, blending well by hand or whip with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
