"Here's a very simple pudding recipe with the flavor of eggnog. This can be made year-round as it does not require eggnog. The recipe is from Jello."

 1. I changed this up quite a bit because I had eggnog in stock. I just subbed half the milk with eggnog and it turned out great.

 2. What a quick fix for an eggnog craving! This was amazingly good and tasted just like eggnog. I used fat-free milk and sugar-free/fat-free pudding mix and it was still great.

 3. This was nice. I used sugar free/fat free pudding and skim milk. Smelled exactly like eggnog.

 4. MMMM! I LOVE eggnog and I'm sure I've drunk my weight in it. But this recipe was sooo easy to make I cant believe no one as reviewed it. If you like eggnog, MAKE THIS RECIPE! Perfect for the holidays! Thanks Chris! This will be made year round when I need my "fix"! :)

I live in the Kansas City area and have many hobbies including cooking, reading and spending time with my husband and two children who are very active in sports now. I also have an eBay business which is a fun hobby that makes a little extra money! My interest in cooking focuses on making healthy dishes that are more satisfying than the higher fat and higher sugar versions. If I had a month off with no responsibilities, I would spend it at a luxury spa.
