We had a whole gallon of eggnog in the fridge so in the moring I was wondering what to have and came up with this! Note: Light or regular Eggnog may be used.

I doubled the recipe and then slow cooked mine on the stove - also I sprinkled cinnamon and nutmeg on top. (yum) It was very tasty but VERY rich. My kids certainly didn't complain but I couldn't get through more than half a bowl of it. Next time I will use half milk, half eggnog.
