  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease bottom of bread pan. Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum and vanilla. Blend well, add flour, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir until just moistened. Pour into greased pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool bread completely before slicing.
  • Serving size (1 slice)

  1. A good, easy bread. I'll toast it this morning. I used whiskey in place of rum extract but will omit next time- didn't need it. I like it with more freshly-grated nutmeg than 1/2 tsp. Thanks, Jan

I love Zaar! Iam so addicted to this site.
