If you're in a hurry (or just being lazy!), this quick smoothie is a nice replacement for some eggnog.
- 236.59 ml milk
- ice cube
- ground cinnamon or nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
- peanut butter (I used it to thicken up the smoothie, and I couldn't taste it) (optional)
- Put everything in a blender, and enjoy!
- Note: I used Stevia (all-natural sweetener) instead of sugar. That stuff is a lifesaver!
