- 473.18 ml bread flour
- 4.92 ml salt
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 14.78 ml baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 29.58 ml sour cream
- buttermilk, sufficient to bring total liquid to 1 1/4 cups
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Beat eggs together with buttermilk and sour cream in a smaller bowl. Slowly add the liquid mixture to dry, mixing as one would pie crust. Stop adding liquid when the consistency is like that of a fairly soft pie dough. Roll the dough out to about 3/4 inch. Cut into biscuits. Bake for 15 minutes or until well browned.
