I'm on a diet so I left out the mozzarella, but I pumped up the low fat parmesan cheese. Holy cow! So good and filling with practically no calories! Making the zucchini like spaghetti is really a major key to fooling your brain into thinking you're gorging on pasta! This is SO my new go-to diet food/comfort food! Just in time for winter!! Thanks so much for posting!

I’ve tried to edit the recipe but for some reason I having trouble. You want to add at least 1 TBSP of the seafood magic seasoning blend, add a little garlic and onion powder. Add 1 TBSP of Basil or fresh cut basil is really good. I’ve also stir fried the frozen seasoning blend with garlic . Use gloves and mix it up with your hands . Then top it off with tons of mozzarella cheese . The more the better . Cook for 40-45 minutes on 425.
