This recipe is awesome! My in-laws LOVE cheesecake but neither one can have sugar, so I make this for them, and they can't believe its sugar free! The only thing I do different is use ALL light sour cream, and I use a crushed almond crust (1.5 c almond flour, 4 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp splenda) for a little healthier recipe, but this recipe is wonderful!

This was a HUGE hit. Didn't taste at all like a sugar free cheesecake. I did change a few things: 16 oz cream cheese and 16 oz light cream cheese, 1 1/3 cups Splenda, 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla, 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 teaspoon orange zest and 1/8 teaspoon lemon extract. Guess that's more than a few things! Took a bag of frozen unsweetened cherries and added 1/3 cup of Splenda for a topping. Received many rave reviews and requests for the recipe!!

I make lots of cheesecakes. Made this to try sugar free for family member with diabetes. Used the sour cream suggested by one reviewer. Taste was terrible.
