ingredients

• 907.18 g ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)
• 2 (878.83 g) can sloppy joe sandwich sauce
• 473.18 ml shredded cheddar cheese
• 473.18 ml Bisquick
• 236.59 ml milk
• 2 eggs

directions

1. heat oven to 400.
2. cook beef and onions in ovenproof 12-inch skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes, until beef is browned and drain.
3. stir in sloppy joe sauce. sprinkle with cheese.
4. stir remaining ingredients until blended. pour over beef mixture.
5. bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
