- 907.18 g potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces (Yukon gold suggested)
- 118.29 ml onion, chopped
- 113.39 g Velveeta cheese
- 44.37 ml butter
- 2 (609.51 g) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 946.0 ml milk (4 cups)
- 473.18 ml sour cream (16 oz.)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Boil potatoes and onions in just enough water to cover. Do NOT drain.
- Add remaining ingredients saving the sour cream for last. Whisk in the sour cream and do not allow to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring often.
