easy vegetarian dish that i put together myself as a result of a low fat and vegetarian diet
- 1⁄2 lb whole wheat spiral pasta
- 1 cup red kidney beans
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 cups frozen green peas
- 1 can diced tomato
- Italian spices
- cook pasta, drain, set aside.
- in large skillet cook frozen peas& broccoli.
- when cooked, add kidney beans and diced tomatoes and spices.
- cook until well heated through.
- pour over pasta.
- sprinkle with parmesan.
